Every CLYR™ order ships free — no minimum required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery Estimates

• United States: 5–10 business days
• Canada: 7–14 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package on the carrier's website.

Customs & Duties (International)

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us at hello@clyr.co within 7 days and we'll work to resolve it.
