15-day Return Policy

We want you to love your CLYR™ LED Face Mask. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or show signs of wear.
• Items returned after the 15-day window.
• Items not in original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@clyr.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll replace it at no cost.
